Parkside Dental - Enhance your Smile with these Services

Teeth Whitening
Everybody loves a bright white smile, and there are a variety of products and procedures available to help you improve your smile such as:

  • In-office bleaching
  • At-home bleaching
  • Whitening toothpastes
We can explain these options so that you may decide which is best for you.

Lumineers®
Changing your smile is one of the easiest ways to improve your appearance. As a dental team we are excited to help you achieve a permanent life-changing smile using Lumineers™. In just two or three visits to our office, we can provide a custom-made permanently whitened smile for you.

Beautiful personalized Lumineers™ smiles can be placed painlessly with no shots or removal of sensitive tooth structures. Worn, chipped or discolored teeth can be revitalized. Uneven spacing can be corrected and awkward teeth reshaped. We have found that Lumineers™ can even enhance your smile after braces or other orthodontic work has been done. Lumineers™ can also be bonded to older, but intact porcelain crowns and bridgework to enhance your smile.

We invite you to stop by the office to see the dazzling smiles that we have created for some of our patients with this revolutionary product by Cerinate®. Lumineers™ provide the only pain-free and permanent cosmetic enhancement procedure available in dentistry today.

Crown & Bridge
A crown is a porcelain "cap" that covers a tooth when the decay is too large for a filling. It protects a damaged tooth and can keep it from breaking.

A bridge is basically 3 crowns. They are used to replace a missing tooth. Two crowns go on both teeth that are next to the missing tooth. Then there is a solid porcelain "fake tooth" placed in the middle.

Implant Restorations
A dental implant is an artificial tooth root that a periodontist places into your jaw to hold a replacement tooth or bridge. Dental implants are an ideal option for people in good general oral health who have lost a tooth or teeth due to periodontal disease, an injury, or some other reason.

Adequate bone in your jaw is needed to support the implant. Call today to see if you are a candidate for Dental Implants.

Dentures and Removable Partial Dentures
Dentures rest on a ridge of bone and gum tissue.

Removable partial dentures usually consist of replacement teeth attached to pink or gum-colored plastic bases, which are connected by metal framework. Removable partial dentures attach to your natural teeth with metal clasps or devices called precision attachments.

Complete dentures are called "conventional" or "immediate" according to when they are made and when they are inserted into the mouth.

Immediate dentures are inserted immediately after the removal of the remaining teeth. An advantage of immediate dentures is that the wearer does not have to be without teeth during the healing period.

A conventional denture is made once the tissues have healed. Healing may take at least 6-8 weeks.
